📦 Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Guam.
When are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
However, depending on the delivery location, shipping may take a few additional days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Are the sneakers authentic?
We work with suppliers that meet quality standards. Any brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
Are sizes accurate?
We recommend checking the size guide available on each product page before placing your order, as sizing may vary by model and manufacturer.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives defective or with a manufacturing issue.
What conditions must be met for a return?
The product must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in good condition
⚠️ Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.
What if I want to return an item due to a change of mind?
If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved and the item is received, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

❌ Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
